Here's a link to TripAdvisor where you will find reviews of the hotel and a review of the breakfast buffet. Hope this helps.

There is one word for this hotel FANTASTIC.The atrium is huge and the Floret restaurant has theme nights Italian, Spanish, etc on different nights of the week.We have eaten there many times and its buffet style , eat as much as you want for a set price. There is also the hickory bar & grill for steaks etc and dont miss the gator feeding in the atrium pool at 6 each night. Usually busy as it has a massive convention clientele but if i didnt have my own villa i'd stay there.

We've never stayed there but have always thought that the building looks amazing.
I'm sure it must be one of the largest hotels in Florida.

Go down the I4 towards Kissimmee then take exit 65 to Animal Kingdom and you cant miss it . Its the HUGE building right in front of you as you exit.
