Hi,
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Nov '04 and loved it. I have given quite detailed replies on Sharm (restaurants etc) on here before to other posters asking similar quetsions to yourself, so if you do a search you should be able to find them.

Its a great place - enjoy

Hi all,

We've been twice to Sharm, staying at the Hilton Fayrouz both times (April/May 04 & 05).

Lovely people, great weather, really cosmopolitan resort with lots of different restaurants doing a range of food (even got a Hard Rock cafe - but also Lebanese, Chinese, Italian, Swiss, Indian etc etc!!). We felt really safe and there were lots of interesting trips to go on (even for us non-snorkellers) like a desrt star watching trip at night in a Bedouin camp and a submarine trip to watch the underwater life.

Highly recommend it!
