What do you think I ought to do?
I have booked 2 weeks in Rhodes with Kosmar holidays, staying in our favourite resort/apartment and now I have been told by a friend that the accomodation is no longer in the 2006 brochure
( I booked 11 months ago on the kosmar website)
I have sent DH on a mission to grab a brochure from a travel agents to have a look for ourselves before going like a bull in a china shop and ringing without the facts.( It is still offered on the website)
My question is, would you be worried that they are going to try changing our holiday accomodation at the last minute after taking our final balance( not due until 8th April)?
Or am I worrying needlessly and the owners of the apartments will be honouring exisiting bookings?.
Where would I stand if my accomodation is changed?
Is that classed as a major change and I could recover my money inclusive of deposit?
The thing is, where we ususally stay is ideal for us as it is on the flat in an otherwise very hilly resort and with my motability problems, I don't "DO" hills!!.
I guess I'm jumping the gun a bit here and my imagination is running away with me a little, but thought I would put some feelers out and see if any of you had any sound advice
