We're staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter in October. Just wondering if anyone can recommend where DH can go golfing, how much would it cost?He won't be taking his clubs so will need to hire.

There is just so much choice it depends how good a golfer, what standard of course, how much you want to pay etc, etc. You can pay anything from $15/20 to over $100 per round. Check out this thread which has some details:

Suggest you do a search on 'golf' or 'golfing' and you'll find a few good threads.

There's a terrific course right next to Port Orleans!!! When you get the boat to DTD you can't miss it.

I guess it is a Disney course (so some booking required), but from a man's point of view what a great surprise treat it would be!:cool2:

I'm not sure how to book it, but I guess one of the WDW sites (or even here) could set you right.

If he wants to play a Disney Course, LBV is a cheaper option but just further down Bonnet Creek Rd from POFQ are Eagle Pines and Osprey Ridge courses. A bit more expensive but well worth it. Two of the best courses in Florida not just Orlando!
