We flew BA to Orlando in Oct and it was a 777. Previous 5 Orlando trips were on a BA 747.
I really liked the 777 for two main reasons. Firstly it was quiet compared to the 747 and secondly I was amazed by the air quality in the cabin. The 777 is obviously a newer aircraft than the 747 and it shows. The BA aircraft was a 3 3 3 set up which is not good for a family of 4 especially when two are young children.
A few years back we flew to Memphis, did the tour of the 'blues' areas and Graceland then drove to Nashville then through Chattanooga to Atlanta.
I thought Memphis was interesting although rundown in places - but you could feel the history in the place . Nashville was an AMAZING place. Vibrant with lots of Universities/Colleges, a thriving financial industy and amazing music scene and night life.
If I was to live in the US it would without a doubt be Nashville.
Enjoy your holiday. If you are an Elvis fan then Graceland will amaze you and I would visit Nashville on my own in a minute.
Thank you Hal that is great.
Brian i am really looking forward to going, all the tours are included and i can not wait.
