View Full Version : What's the weather like in Devon/Cornwall in March?
Thinking of a 5 night break in March and wondered how cold/warm and wet/dry it would be?

Clarey is right there! The weather in North Devon is very localised and very unpredictable. The nearer the moors you are the wetter it is. Have you any idea where you will be staying?
We were thinking about the Clowance Estate and Country Club - using our Tesco Clubcard points. I've looked at the location and didn't realise that it was that far south - between Falmouth and St Ives.
Unpredictable, cold and windy we don't want.

Cornwall is always unpredictable. We haven't had rain here for ages thank god as my fields resembeled swamps. Being in the hospitality trade ;) we have guests making bookings from now onwards, Easter being the favourite.

Its still England even though many Cornish might wish it wasn't. You could get any sort of weather but, I believe, we are a few degrees warmer as a general rule. I feel we don't get that much rain but perhaps thats my optimistic outlook on life!
Its lovely down here . Expect the worst of weathers and its bound to be better.
