Remember and take lots of warm clothes. We were there last week and it was absoloutely freezing.

We stayed at the Santa Fe also. When you check in ask for a low block number. We were in block 57 and it was a bit of a treck to the bus, and when walking back from the parks.

told the kids - my ds (13) said how could i abandon him and that i should wait until they left home :pgig: my dd (15) was fine until she realised we would be going in the nightclub - suddenly she wanted to come :d: my mum was surprisingly ok (calm before the storm i think).

i stayed at the sequoia lodge for christmas, it a nice hotel, the room we had (montana room) was lovely (they're all very much the same but you only sleep in them). we didnt bother using the shuttle bus, it was quicker to walk. we eat in the restaurant there (the one on the left as you come down the stairs, buffet type) and it was really nice. we didnt use the pool because i forgot to pack our cozzies. have to say i still prefer the cheyenne (only staying this time in the santa fee, it was either that or the disney hotel itself which was a little bit out of our price range, we only wanted a cheapy). just checked on the weather, its looks like it gonna be cold but i'd rather that than rain - have got my disney hat to take with me :spin:

Hi we went to dlp twice last year 1st time in school holidays in feb bit chilly but once you get walking around its ok, then 2nd time in october for the halloween absolutely fantastic the whole place had been transformed into pumpkin men great fun. we stayed 1st time in sequioa lodge very nice hotel but beware of the breakfast arrangements, when we checked in we werre shown cards to pick from with different time slots
on them for each day but most of the early ones were gone. so we asked for tickets to eat in the park itself which were great as you can get in earlier and the restaurant was over the other side of the park near to small world.the 1 day we did get a card with a time slot on it they queues were really horrendous so we didnt bother.
the second visit to dlp we drove and stayed at a basic travel lodge type of hotel 1 junction away from dlp and we saved ourselves over £500. worth thinking about it was nice as we managed to get 1 day out of the park and went to the sea life centre which was fantastic nothing like the english ones and the hypermarket ( my fav) dlp is lovely you cant help but sign as there is disney music every where you go . we are managing to upgrade and go to floirda this year .but dlp is great
