Seaworld Bud & BBQ events

I noticed last week that Seaworld had these events running through Feb on Saturday nights & that on the first Saturday that we are in Orlando Leann Rimes is performing there.
So I e-mailed Seaworld to see what if anything we needed to do & have just had a reply.
Leann will be performing at 6pm but the e-mail advises getting there early. Now the trouble is we have lunch booked at the CRT with the princesses at 12:30pm so are unlikely to be able to get to Seaworld until about 3pm. Has anyone ever done one of theses events? If we arrive at 3pm are we likely to be able to get into the park?

Have just looked on the site and it is every Saturday in February and showing my age here but on the 11th(our best date) they have Foreigner wouldn't mind seeing them after all these years!!!!!

We could go the Foreigner one the week after but the eldest DD loves Leann Rimes plus our first dance at our wedding was to one of her songs so it would be kind of nice to see her.
I just don't want to get over to Seaworld at 3pm & then not be able to get in.
