Discovery Cove Tickets

A few weeks ago I booked Dolphin Swim Plus tickets with Online Florida. My money was taken immediately (£700) but I then received an email stating that our preferred date of the 5th April was unavailable so could we pick 4th or 6th instead. I replied immediately saying 6th was fine but heard nothing,despite 2 follow up emails. I had tried ringing to chase it up but was always held in a queue and hung up after 10 minutes.
I phoned again today and selected the "new bookings" option and got through straight away! I explained the problem and was told that emails aren't often picked up but they would book us in for 6th April. Have just received an answer phone message saying that the park is now fully booked for the 3 weeks in April that we will be there so they have refunded my money. I am absolutely devastated. We have never been to DC before and it was to be a special Birthday present for our daughter. All that Online Florida said when I phoned back was "Sorry".
Does anyone know of another Company that may be able to help?
Online Florida suggested that DC may be holding bookings back for the American market and I may get a cancellation nearer the time - but I don't want to take a chance and would rather book now if at all possible.

Hi, sorry to hear that unfortunately another dibber has been trying for DC as well but has had no joy, I would say cancellations do happen so keep trying DC direct:smile:

If you look at DCs own website there are spaces on the 1st, 21 and 22. Good luck

We were going to book our swim through TCD,but were told that there were no spaces available for the whole time that we are there,so we rang DC Direct and got to pick a day when we wanted to go.If you go to www.discoverycove .comthey have a free phone number for you to ring.We had our confirmation within four days of booking.:wave:

Keep trying as people have had some luck at quite short notice. Definately try DC online as you can see their availability on the calendar.
