it probably depends who you ordered them through
if its from universal will likely be a week or 2 but of its one of the uk agents perhaps a couple of days.
i had to phone universal after a problem on their website for international orders and recieved instant email confirmation from them.

Some ticket agents don't send them out until a couple of weeks before you travel which in your case won't be long anyway :)
We ordered online from Universal last year and had e-tickets, we printed ours at the gate.

Hi, i think the problem was encountered when trying to place an order on the internet with universal it was taking payment but transaction wasn't been registered. Hopefully they'll come soon.If we haven't received them by next week we will re contact them.CC company confirms transaction so we do have some fallback if we have problems.

I have just received my tickets and was about to post the same question. All the tickets look the same. I ordered 3 Adult and got 3 child tickets free. All 6 are identical. I wonder if they scan them at the turnstile and that way you can't split them up and re-sell them as you don't know which are which:confused2

I read on a another forum that they send all adult ones, This was on a american forum on universal.
I ordered our tickets from Universal Online to take advantage of the 2 days plus 2 free for adults and free child tickets. After 4 weeks, the tickets hadn't arrived but the payment had gone through on my credit card. I telephoned Universal and they told me that the order had not been processed but they did have a record of receiving payment. The operator reissued the tickets and I had them within 3 days by registered post
It wasn't a mistake. The 5 day tickets are the same for both children and adults. There is no difference between the tickets.
So I could have ordered and paid for 2 x adult and got 2 'child' tickets free for our party of 2 adults and a 12 & 7 yr old. Instead I paid for 3 adult and got 3 'child' tickets free. (2 surplus 'child' tickets, but $99 worse off!!)
So a party of 4 adults could order 2 adults and get the 2 child free tickets which they can use??? Wouldn't like to risk that though.
Instead I paid for 3 adult and got 3 'child' tickets free. (2 surplus 'child' tickets, but $99 worse off!!)
Don't think of it as costing $99 more instead think of it as saving $99. One of your party (the child) got a free ticket so you saved $99. That can't be a bad thing, right? You still saved money and now have 2 more free tickets to use on a future trip.

I made my booking over the phone universal direct on 11 Jan I have received a letter from universal this morning confirming my order and saying that my tickets will follow, so have no idea when they will arrive!! also there was no mention of the 3 days free it just said 2day/free kid offer. So will need to wait for the tickets.
