MGM Parade

Hi all,
Does anyone have a favourite/best place to watch the parade at MGM in particular, or infact all the parks. We missed it last time as i got a bad tummy bug whilst at MGM, and had to leave. When we were there in '93 we had an excellent view but i can't remember,for the life of me, where we were:rolleyes: :stupid:

We usually sit on a bench between the Monster Sound Stage and Indie - no barriers/rope and nobody stood behind/in front of you - perfect view :D

we sat on stairs oppist a **** u could get food from not to sure exact location just know on my right N.E was indiana jones show ill try get name of what the stairs were and let u know but this is were they put family off day so it must be best one and our 2 kids 8,20 months had all characters came up to our kids it was best parade we seen

we were searching for a good spot so we asked a cast member and he said our kids could be in it!!! so along with half a dozen others they held the rope at the end of the parade so we stood by the gate where the parade comes out had a great view of the stars and their cars then followed the procession around the park!! the kids all got a certificate to say they were parade princesses or princes!!! it was wonderful one of the highlight of the trip!!!

Wow, that sounds wonderful, what great memories for your children.
Mine are probably a bit to young for that they're 6 & 3. Did you walk with them aswell? If so i might give that some thought.

ours were 9 and 6!! yes you walk behind!! but its a long way around and it was very hot!!! but still enjoyed it by the way very jealous of your countdown!!! we are doing home improvements this year it will be a couple of years before we go again!!! have a fab time XXXXXX

We stood near the gate where the cars come out opposite the star wars ride we had a great view but beware the cast members are very possessive about their line and you cross it at your own peril lol.
