We are planning on having a meal at Ohana in the Polynesian Resort one evening.
I believe you can also see the Electrical water Pagent from the Poly about 7-20 mins after Wishes finishes but can you also see Wishes from the Poly?

Yes you can for several locations around the Poly resort and especially from the beach.

Yes you can. Great view from the beach and the window tables at Ohana also have a view, the music is piped in for your enjoyment.

Hi Mark

Yes you can see Wishes from the poly beach. The music does travel across the lagoon, but obviously a little delayed so doesn't marry with the fireworks quite as well, but still good. We love sitting at Sunset Pointe watching Wishes then seeing the EWP. which starts at the Poly before heading over to the contemporary and WL before coming back round to GF.

Enjoy

We did this in October. Great place to watch the fireworks (but watch them up close one nigth too!) but I was really disappointed by EWP. Mrs Jay doesn't let me forget it whenever I suggest something I ahve "discovered"....

What's the Electrical Water Pageant?

It's a series of floating barges that travel around Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake around 9 - 9.30 pm each night, pausing at each resort and then there is a shortish light and music display - the barges light up as animals, flags etc and then it proceeds to the next resort. We knew nothing of it until our first stop at WL and were in the pool area when it arrived one night!
Compared to Disney spectaculars it is somewhat more muted but as we were not expecting anything, it was a really nice thing to see.

It's another one of those little stunners that Disney do well - a little bit of MAGIC that gives you those goosebumps on your neck - I love all the little touches that they do. Many people don't even know it happens.

Luckily we have the DIBB ! So there's no excuse to miss anything as long as you do a little research . . .

:spin:
