Hi Guys!

I've read all about villas but what in your opinion is the best site/area that you've stayed in whilst in Orlando?

Also, how does June compare with, say, August?

Thanks in advance

Hi
We loved crescent lakes which is in Poiciana, however we personally prefer the 27 when we have stayed recently at Highlands reserve, and woodrige
also Bahama bay condo's - but there are loads of nice villa places everywhere so i don't think you will go far wrong with any.
June is supposed to be good time to go - however the US have their holidays then and can be quite busy.:thumbs-up

It's all a matter of preference really, we prefer the CR54 for obvious reasons, but you have Ponciani Boulevard, the 27 and 192 areas, have a look at the Dibb villa section, you might see somethign you like. I think finding the right villa with good amenities is as important as finding a location you are happy with. Most villa areas are within 15 minutes of Disney.

June and August are both busy times but parks are open longer hours etc so it is not really a problem. Weather can be hit and miss both months as it is possible to have brilliant sunshine or rain as it is the Tropics.

There are several villa communities convenient for Disney in the Formosa Gardens area.

We have tried down the 192 and in the triangle between the I4 and H27 and we definitely prefer the latter. It takes 15-20 mins to Disney depending on traffic and which park and about 20-25 mins to Universal.
