Simple yet important question.

Fantasmic, ROE and Wishes are EVERY night (weather depending ;) )

Fantasmic and ROE are every night, but wishes is not on every night during the winter months so you will need to check. If you are there during one of the "busy" periods , wishes will be on every night.
The best thing to do is check the disneyworld.co.uk website and find the calender for each park. if you click on a specific day it will display all the events that are on and what time. They can usually show the times a couple of months in advance.

And in peak season there are two Fantasmic! sessions most nights. The second is a lot emptier than the first.

And as we have watched ROE/Illuminations in a thunderstorm - I would like to say that it is only in EXTREMELY bad weather that it gets cancelled:grin:
