DLP info please?

Hi all,
I am due to go to DLP for the first time at Feb half term and just wondered how much money to take? I am usually a plastic card person, everything is either on credit or debit cards and I do not carry much cash, Can I use the ATM's in DLP like I can in Florida or will I need to get all my money in Euro's before I go? Will I be charged a fee to withdraw cash from the ATM's?
Also I am staying at My Explorer Hotel which is just off site - does anyone have any info on the hotel, anything at all would be great. Also does it have wireless connection so I can take my laptop?

There are ATM's at the train station and also in the arcade that runs behind Main St so easy to get Euros :grin:

Hi Sue,
We always take (for a typical 4/5 night stay) about 500 euros in cash and the normal CC's and also use the ATMs in the arcades that run behind main street if we get a bit short on the last day. Never had a problem getting cash from the ATM's they are all multi lingual.

Stayed in the Explorers 3 times and we all love it. Breakfast can be a bit manic if it's busy. The cocktails during Happy hour are worth exploring. Cant remember about the internet access though sorry.

A couple of tips when visiting DLP during winter. Get/take some waterproof trousers (breathable ones preferably) these are great at keeping you warm and also allow to sit anywhere and ride attractions should the weather let you down.
If you like american type food I can recommend eating at annettes diner in the disney village (it's much better than the rainforest cafe there in our opinion).

Have a great time, it's different to WDW but we love it all the same.
