Hi there, Welcome to the Dibb.

We went to Busch Gardens the first week in August last year. They did'nt have a fast pass system. We arrived as it opened and it was quiet for the first couple of hours. The queues started getting busier and the longest queue we saw was for a water ride which was about 60 minutes.

It died down again a couple of hours before the park closed. It never really felt over crowded like say the Magic Kingdom. It is an excellent park especially if you like the thrill coasters, Sheikra, Montu, Kumba etc.

Hope this helps.:wavey:

The Safaris are really cool, especially for interested kids, best one in my opinion is the $45 one where you go out and meet the giraffes and Rhino.
Well worth it and you get to feed em. when you get in to the park go str8 over to the booking office and choose your experience.

Don't sit on the Fire ant ant hills when you see the Rhino;)

If learning is a priority for your kids I can also recommend the Seaworld excursions, I did the shark one, shamu and going behind the scenes with the polar bears and penquins.....loadsa fun.

we went at the end of aug last year and it was our favourite park!
the only wait we had was for the rhino rally which they said would be an hour but turned out to be only 20 mins

if you get the chance go on one of the tours - we went on the serengeti safari and it was a wonderful experience

We wanted to book the Serengeti Safari, but our kids are too young:( :( . If you want to do this, I think it is best to book before hand as they can get booked up. You can book it via the Busch Garden website
