Welcome to The DIBB!

You can go to seaworld before Discovery Cove.

We went in December, and it was a lovely day, and the water was fine. We were told that was because we were British and used to the cold! Weather was sunny and 72 degrees the day we went. The wet suits will keep you nice and warm if it is cold.

You can choose to wear a wetsuit if you want some protection from the cold. Apart from the dolphin and ray lagoons all the water is heated to a lovely comfortable temperature.

You can use your Seaworld admission before your Discovery Cove day. Just take your confirmation number to the Discovery Cove ticket window and they will issue you with a day pass. We had no problem doing this.

We went December 21, 2005. It was in the high 60's, which was unusually cold. We therefore spent a lot of the time in the water as it was warmer there. You can get access to Seaworld up to 7 days before or after your Discovery Cove visit. We went to Seaworld before our DC trip, showed them our booking reference and they gave us admission tickets for the day.
