how long for ticket delivery

hi, we ordered some universal tickets direct from universal over the phone, it is now nearly 3 weeks since ordering and tickets have not shown up. Has anyone any experience of dly time on tickets, just wondering if i should contact them or not. thanks:spin:

If I were you, I'd phone them now. I ordered tickets from Universal online and, some three weeks later, they had not arrived (although they were shown on my credit card!). I phoned Universal and was told that their computer was showing that I had paid for them but not that they had been sent. I telephoned on a Monday night and was told to call back if I hadn't received them by the following Tuesday. They arrived on the Thursday by International Registered Post.

Give them a call, they seem a bit shambolic, but our tickets arrived just over a week after we ordered them.

They wouldn't have sent them surface, it can take up to 3 months for a parcel to arrive if sent by surface mail.
Also they won't be insured.

Hi they do send them surface(but its actually airmail as its not sent via spcl courier they consider that surface mail) and u are right they aint insured took 2 weeks for ours to arrive

we ordered ours from universal - had to phone them because of problems with the website and international transactions but they posted them for free and they arrived 2 days ago - might be worth ringing them just in case.

Ours were just sent surface mail and the postal date was 30th January.

We recieved our confirmation letter the same day as the tickets - it seems luck of the draw

I would give them a ring.We ordered ours over the phone and delivery took about 12days.The confirmation followed a few days later.

Am looking at getting ours from Attraction Tickets direct again. Anyone got any ideas if these are the cheapest.

We ordered ours last saturday night. (the buy one get 3 days free and kids go free ones ) They arrived on Friday 5.30 pm via Fed Ex. Very pleased, but noticed on the back of the tickets that they expire 4 days after first use so we will have to re-jig our itinnerary.
