View Full Version : Anyone stopping at villa in Rolling Hills?
I have a villa booked there and was wondering if anyone has stayed or is staying at this particular villa i know it is a longshot and i know i cant put the web address on so is anyone stopping in 4 bed villa on magnolia bend ct Rolling Hills

I'm not staying at your villa but I have stayed in a 5 bed villa in the same place. It's a great location because you are close to all the action on the 192
Don't give up hope of someone having stayed there because I stayed at the exact villa as one of the other dibbers, so you never know! Good luck.

do u know what number yours is? has it got 4 beds/ 3 bath and looks out over wetlands?

Not sure of the number - it looks out over wetlands (or as I'm now led to believe a building site!) Certainly has 4 bed 3 baths and is in a row of three

Sounds like the same one. I am led to believe that there is building work being carried out on land behind Rolling Hills/Windsor Hills. Don't know how much this affects the existing villas.
is the owner from Stanstead? and have they said anything about it? i thought the wetlands was a conservation area so they could not build on it.

Yes they are. I havent spoken to them about it. I think they are out there now. I read about it on here. I'm hoping it affects the other end of Rolling Hills (the end nearer to Windsor Hills).
oh no i only chose the villa cos it was not overlooked . dont mind as long as it is not too close up. think i will email her.

That doesnt sound too bad then. Will let you know what its like when we return - looks like its only a few days before you go.
just got reply from Sandy she said that there is just a mound of sand on the other side of the wetlands from building work at windsor hills but it is too far away to affect the villa.
