This has been asked before I know but can anyone tell me about the hotel and surrounding area.

I have read the hotel review which seems good but any comments would be good

We are staying here in June/July and have read a variety of views. It would definitely seem that if you stay in the delux tower room it's fine. We have always stayed in the Wyndham before but to allow us to go again this year we are having to take a cheaper option.

We did get an email from BA who we are travelling with to say that there will be major building going on this summer at the hotel but the tower will not be affected.

The location of the hotel is good, opposite The Mercado and a short distance from The Pointe. Loads to do and see round about and within easy reach of the theme parks and the MAlls.

I'll be really interested to see what other people who have stayed there have to say.
