WOW, That's pricey Carole, ok for three of you though. When are you going .

I don't think it's that expensive. Some of the portions are quite filling. I suppose we'd normally visit about five booths with the average price per portion being $3. We do that instead of lunch or dinner (or sometimes both)

We'll be going on the 19th, as if you want to buy the festival pins you need to get in early .

We'll probably be in Epcot three or four times, so will snack our way around the world on those days. Or in Jo's case, drink her way around. She's promised to try the ice wine at the Canadian stand so I can have a sip.

The Russian stand has this stroganoff with noodles that is "to die for" and I can't wait to try the Spanish and Californian stands.

Another snippet borrowed from Deb's site:

The food and wine festival around the World Showcase Lagoon is one of the world’s largest and expands with new offerings each year. More than 100 wineries offer tastings, and cuisine is featured from more than 20 countries and regions of the world at international marketplaces. In addition to the 11 World Showcase countries, festival marketplaces will serve up samplings from South Africa, Scandinavia and other regions, with appetizer-sized tastings from $1-$4.50.

Oh, I read something that said $79 each ,  I thought, "Hey up- our Caroles rollin' in money" .  .

It actually sounds very reasonable. .

There are all sorts of things going on Sam, some of them really pricey, but we like just ambling around the World showcase and having a little snack here and there .

Kaylee, that looks good, doesn't it. I have to see Sister Sledge .

in Canada is WONDERFUL!!!

We tried it last year for the first time, and DH is now SERIOUSLY addicted.
We even found a supplier here that carries it!

We'll be going for two weekends during the Festival, and have been saving our $1 bills for just this reason!!

And all of our change...........

We'll be there from Oct 25 - 28 and Nov 15 - 18.

Enjoy!!!
