Staying offsite, but going to breakfast at Chef Mickey. Is it quicker to valet park and then take monorail or shuttle to MK for the afternoon or is it quicker to move the car and park closer to MK?

I think we are going to park at the TTC and get the monorail to the Chef Mickeys.

Definately!
...and less hassle!
We used the normal parking 1st time (2004) and it took us ages to get a spot - well away from the hotel.
Last year we used valet parking - what a breeze! . Simply pull in at the front of the hotel, hand over keys and forget about it until you get back from the park later in the day. At that time it was $7 (against $8 at the parks) and $1 tip either side.
Will certainly do it again!:d:

I would use the valet parking, as even if you move the car to transport centree, which is the closet you can park to the MK, you will still need to get a monorail or a boat. At the Contemp you can have breakfast, then go straght to the monorail, which may also be less busy, and def less distance to walk compared tp the transport centre, and when you come back a much easier journey as well and less crowds geting out.
