Hi
Wonder if anyone can help? :blush: We ordered theese tickets over the phone because of the problems they were having with the web site. We have just received a letter/invoice from them but no tickets included. Do we have to take this letter to Guest relations at Universal or should we have had tickets incuded with the letter?

Hi our tickets came a couple of days after the letter even though I had not asked for them to be sent. I was going to use the collection option at the park.

Give it a couple of days - good luck

We ordered ours by phone and they cam about 10 days later, they are hard tickets not vouchers. There does not seem to be any difference between the adult tickets and child tickets, all it says is admit one. Did any one else find this?

Did you get a letter the same as cer311 or did you just get the tickets?

Hi Cotton, they just sent the tickets along with a universal guide.

we had to oreder ours over the phone as well thanks to the internet problem.

we recieved an invoice followed by the tickets and not a voucher - think it took about 10-14 days or so.

your tickets should follow shortly.

i must admit the getting the reciept/invoice first had me wondering what was going on but then the tickets came :)

Hi we ordered ours over the phone too,invoice and tickets arrived sameday,roughly 14 days after booking.

We got our tickets 10 days after we orderd and then 2 lots of invoices days apart.!! Had to check that we hadn't been charged twice but fortunately we hadnt.

Ours came the oposite way - the tickets came first and then the invoice came about a week later!!

We received our tickets yesterday, about 10 days after ordering them. No sign of an invoice yet.

One thing about the tickets - we got our 2 adult passes fine, but we also got two City Walk Comp passes....... what's that all about? I thought our normal tickets covered us for City Walk anyway?
