I don't mind a bit of rain, but it looks really good, warm weather for a while. Perhaps little rain this weekend and then cooling down our second week with one day of rain. That all can change though! 17deg is warm for us yes?
See www.accuweather.com for 15 day forecast. It tends to change each day though.
Are you packed yet?

A week is good....especially if there is another trip to look forward to!
I am working on my husband for a trip in early December. I think I'm winning as he suggested buying Universal AP's....which we have done!:spin: He loves Universal.:d:
Seen any good birds?
I've just been sorting through bits again!:confused2 and trying to stretch some shoes.:omg:
Having a Dibb and a cuppa now.

We spotted 8 seagulls and 3 pigeons!!!!

Been doing some last minute ironing whilst wearing trainers to stretch:pgig:

Thats why weve had so many trips in short sucession as we are APH holders for Disney and Universal:D
If you can do it its very cost effective as with all the discounts too.

Where are you staying??

We really fancy a Christmas trip sometime but think once we have done a long stay we may stick to Aug when we can do a longer trip with kids off school

Seagulls - does that mean you are by the sea? We have some here though and we are a couple of hours from the coast. Noisy things they are.
We are leaving it a bit late to be stretching shoes/trainers aren't we? I have got some moleskin and some slippy stuff you put all over your feet too - you should see all the extra things like that I have got out to take!:erm:
We are staying at POFQ for a week from Thursday then moving to Homewood Suites Universal for our second week. Never thought I would stay onsite at Disney. Would love to stay onsite at Universal sometime.
Where are you flying from?

We live in sunny Southport....yes officially it is the seaside but you need

binoculars to see the sea it rarely comes up close :pgig:

We fly from Manchester on Weds morning.

We stayed at Homewood suite Universal last time...very impressed we loved it.

We did a few nights stay at Hard Rock for my significant birthday ;) and fell

in love....Only cos this is a week trip we said we would treat ourselves this

time.

Same with disney we have never stayed onsite before :( .....having 3 kids

means we cant fit into a lot of rooms...hence doing POR as the ONLY

moderate hotel that takes 5.

Taken advantage of Discounts for Auguust and booked direct....Ever thought

about a night stay at Universal??would be able to get 2 days of FOTL and give you a taste of onsite.

RPR is the cheapest rate.

We used to visit Southport loads when I was young...yes I know ages ago!! Loved it. I know what you mean about the sea, or lack of it.
Hope the packing is going OK.
