There isn't much to do there at all. There is a NFL training area for the kids - which I have to admit my kids both enjoy but I find it pretty boring. It is pretty naff by Disney standards with a few balls and obstacles to run round and kick over.
There is the All Star Cafe - a burger restaurant basically - which you can enter without paying.
They usually have lots of soccer and baseball games going on - local schools and touring sides rather than big names. They have an indoor area for basketball as well.
There is a massive baseball stadium but I've only ever seen school sides playing in it. I think they do have 'big' games but you have to purchase tickets seperately.
And if you time it right you can see some of the more famous sides training.
We've been several times as we've had tickets which allowed us in for free but no way would I pay to go in. Allow a couple of hours at the most.

my Dh & 2 sports mad boys went one afternoon/teatime back in 2001. Came back very dissappointed . The only "sport " they saw was Pokemon card trading!!

Of course it was awhile ago but i would ask what was open/going on before making the trip.
