mary poppins breakfast at 1900 park faire

Hi all :wavey:

has anyone been to the breakfast at 1900 park faire with Mary poppins.
Can you tell me what other characters join her, my three year old loves her and know all the dances and songs, but i was wondering if micky or pooh bear were at this breakfast.

We went and as well as Mary Poppins there was Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore and in the hall greeting guests was the Fairy Godmother.

Interaction was very good, and food was good as well.

We did this one in July. Mary Poppins was in the lobby and in the dining room were Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Pooh and Tigger. The food was especially lovely and the characters were great fun especially the Mad Hatter who was dancing on the tables!

When we went Mary Poppins and Bert were in the Lobby when we went in and the Penguins were in the lobby when we left

The first time I did it we had winnie the pooh tigger and Alice come round and Mary Poppins and Burt were out side. The Second time I did it we had winnie, tigger, Alice, the madhatter and Mary Poppins was out side.

It was a lot of fun. One Mary Poppins told me that Mr Penguin sometimes comes as well.

I thought that the food was the best we have ever had at any buffet. It was totally delicious and the variety was amazing. Pooh ,Eeeyore and Tigger are there and the Mad Hatter and Alice come round to each table too. They were both excellent.

oh wow i never knew about this one!!!

my 3yr old loves mary poppins.........we have had to d/l him some of the songs off the net as they are not on my disney cd i had for christmas....he loves lets go fly a kite,chim chim chiree,and supercali doodah!! he sings along in the car-and he knows every word!!

when i showed Eath this photo his little face was a picture-i asked him who it is and he said mary poppins,and then he said "i want to see her"!!!

We did this for breakfast on Christmas Day 2004 and it was brilliant. We had our photogragh taken with Mary and Bert in the hallway and we had Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Snow White. Well worth it as the food was lovely too.

In the blurb outside the restaurant it says Alice, the Mad Hatter, Pooh, Eeyore and Tigger circulate at the tables and Mary Poppins greets in the hallway. When we were there Mary Poppins did come in the restaurant once no more guests wre arriving (we had late breakfast and called it lunch!)

The buffet is wide ranging. You can have omelettes of many varieties cooked to order, fried eggs, sausages, American bacon, waffles, pancakes, hash browns, cinnamon French toast, bread rolls, chilled strawberry soup, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruits, jello, apple crumble (no, really)...... plus fruit juice, coffee and tea.

No way I could ride a coaster after that!!!

Mary Poppins is my favourite film of all time ever!!! and we went for the MP breakfast on our visit in 2004. as people have mentioned she is often greeting in the entrance, maybe its just me but i thought this was a little dissapointing? i was looking forward to having breakfast with mary poppins!!
