View Full Version : Disney Free Photoframe/Globe Ticket Offer
Did anyone else take advance of the Disney premium 7 for 5 day ticket offer that had to be purchased before 8th Feb 2006?
When ordered online it stated that all purchasers of the tickets would be sent a free voucher to redeem in resort for a photoframe box, and if you booked accommodation direct you could claim a snowglobe.
Has anyone received their voucher? I have received my park tickets but no voucher and when you telephone the number on the invoice you get to speak to USA staff who say they will email the UK office, as they cannot be contacted direct:confused2 .
Phone the UK number on the Disney website, I go in Sept so I haven't had my tickets yet but I'd better get my voucher.
The phone number on the Disney website is the same one one on the invoice, it is actually an 0870 number which directs you to the US as they handle the purchasing, then emails are automated to the UK Office apparently!!!
Thats why they tell me the UK cannot be contacted directly either by phone or email, and I will have to wait. The lady I spoke to was a right proper so and so and said if I hadn't received a voucher with my tickets, then I ain't gonna get one  Hardly the customer service I expect from Disney - wait till morning breaks, I will be on the case again
heh.. should have ordered from a UK ticket agent, cheaper (a lot!) and there are other offers available from UK agents that are just as good if not better than a snow globe :P

Well all has a happy ending - special delivery this morning from Disney was my voucher for my free Mickey Photo Frame Memory Box which is redeemed in resort.
My faith has been restored
To the Saint - I disagree with your opinion, I think tickets were a very good price for 7 days for price of 5, and I am always happy to book with Disney direct, and will continue to do so.
Peace of mind that tickets are actual tickets, and if any problems arise upon presentation all would be rectified ... rock on Disney :d:

I couldn't agree more! I booked my tickets direct through Disney after doing a lot of research. IMHO the difference in prices wasn't enough to warrant booking with anyone other than Disney! At least now i have the peace of mind that my tickets will arrive in good time, without the worry of a ticket agent closing down as we have seen happen this month!
When I booked my disney tickets they were cheaper than ATD, Disney held their prices for a few weeks after the others had put theirs up I paid £169 for a 14 day ultimate if I get the snowglobe it will be a bonus. It was also quite exciting to book part of my hol direct with Disney!

I agree 100%. For a few pounds more I have total peace of mind which to me is worth the possible saving of about £20 for 4 of us!
