New Toy Story meal update

I've just read this on another site Walt Disney Co.'s planned purchase of Pixar Animation Studios Inc. likely will close in late April or May, Disney Chief Financial Officer Tom Staggs said on Friday at the company's annual meeting.

This must be why the opening has been put back until June if, as rumoured, the Incredibles will be there.

I have also heard ADRs may be allowed to be made from early April.

I hope The Incredibles are there too. Toy story and The incredibles are my DS's and DH's favourite films. :o:

When we where asked to take part in research. The CM strongly suggested the option of a Pixar meal- Incredibles, Monsters Inc, Bugs life where all mentioned along with Toy Story

They also mentioned about an adventurer's meal -Peter Pan, Aladdin, Hercules, Tarzan etc simular charcters they trialed in the Mother's Day Brunch last year. It would be great if they did both

I do hope this meal opens in June, as we will be there from 29/6/06. The Pixar films are my families favourites. I will keep looking and hopefully be able to book April time, if not my best friend is going 6/5/06, i will have to ask her to book for me.

The rumour on one of the other sites is there is a problem with Buzz's wings. When they open they are a bit too big and they can't close them. I don't think they want to smack any overweight americans with them.

I've just read this Toy Story breakfast in jeopardy?
Last week, we reported a rumor that the Toy Story Breakfast and Beyond character meal at Hollywood & Vine in the Disney-MGM Studios would be delayed, but possibly transformed into both breakfast and lunch. We have heard a new rumor that the meal has now been delayed further and possibly cancelled due to concerns from folks at Pixar about how their characters were to be portrayed in the show. It's possible that the meal may go on with the character meet-and-greets, but without the planned Green Army Men show.

TBH, I'm not bothered about a show I just want a meal with photos and autograph opportunities with 'boy' characters for DS2

Was told today,by a friend who spoke to CM in MGM this week, that it will be up and running around June time???!!! They expressed their disppointment, CM said there were many people upset, but it wont be before then, in his opinion.
