Evening all

I am toying with the idea of booking a night at a Universal hotel to take advantage of the FOTL access. Can anyone tell me where is the best place to book it, how much will expect to pay and finally, do you get FOTL access on the day you check in, and the follow day?

Any help appreciated.

We usually book on the universal website. www.universalorlando.com

You can check in and recieve your FOTL cards as early as 7am and they are valid until the park closes on the day of check out.

We got a good price through BA Holidays which turned out cheaper than booking direct.

You can get discounts on the rooms if you have a AP or are in the AA(AAA)

We booked through Ba in Feb and for the summer we are using travelocity and triple A rates. We have always found it hard to get AP rates and in fact our triple A rates are better than AP rates I think.
And yes you get FOTL was soon as you check in till midnight(if park open) on your check out day.

Didnt I read somewhere that you had to book more than one night to get FOTL Access? I might be wrong!

No, we book 1 night the first week of our hols and 1 night the 2nd week - 4 days front of line!! ;)

We use the sites above but also try:

www.midashotels.com
www.airline-network.com or co.uk ??

But I have always found the AAA cheaper (you are an automatic member if you are member of the AA). Book this via www.uescape.com
