Best time to arrive at Discovery Cove?

We will be at Discovery Cove on my birthday, May 4th (not long now, v excited!)
I was wondering how early you can arrive at Discovery Cove. Is it 8am?:smile:

We arrived just after 7.30am thinking we would be very early and there were loads of people ahead of us, but they don't allow you into the park until 8am. It takes a few minutes to get your photos done and passes issued then they take the complimentary family photo as you enter.
I would say as early as you can, you don't want to waste a minute of a very special day!

I would aim to arrive about 15mins before opening time.

We arrived at 8.15, but loads of people were already there, and by time you have booked in and passes handed out and then photos taken a while has gone by. And all the early morning swims have gone. Theres no harm in getting there early early, so you can really enjow the whole day.

I read in a thread a while ago, that you can phone the day before and book a swim time. Give it a try and if it works let me know please.
