Does anyone know if you can pay for tickets by Paypal? I've had money paid into my account instead of a cheque  as requested and I wanted to use it for tickets. Anyone know?
Thanks.

I have a master card debit card that I can use to pay for things from my paypal account, but probably the easiest way if you have a bank account linked to paypal is to just transfer the dosh from paypal to your bank account.
It is free to do, but it will take 3 or 4 days to complete.

I know, the charges are ridiculous, so just wondered if there was another way.

Does your bank charge you for this?
Paypal do not charge a fee to transfer the money, only if you request a cheque or use an ATM with a paypal debit card

I recall a couple of years or more ago, I did this and was charged. I've been charged just for her paying me!

OK, so I just checked the Paypal website and it seems to be a little different in the UK, here is what Paypal UK says:
There is a £0.25 GBP fee to withdraw £49.99 GBP or less and deposit it in your UK bank account. Withdrawals of £50.00 GBP or more are free.
and here is the link to the Paypal UK fees page https://www.paypal.com/uk/fees
