does the 14 day ultimate ticket mean that you can skip tyhe ques in the themeparks

Not really 'skip the queues'. What it does do (as do all Disney tickets), is allow you to use the Fast Pass system. You put your ticket into the fast pass machine and it gives you an alloted time to return to the ride, ie: between 10.30 and 11.30 etc. You can only have one of these at a time tho. And you will find the new, popular rides, such as Expedition Everest, will run out of fast pass tickets very quickly!

I wish!! ;) No the only way to skip the queues is to get a fast pass, you put your ticket in a fast pass machine and it gives you a ticket with a time to come back to ride.
