Park Opening Cermony and Early EMH

On an early EMH day when is the opening ceremony held? Is it at EMH start time or normal opening start time?

I'm pretty sure it was at the start of EMH - we are "early birds" and like to get to the parks for Rope Drop.

I'll check some of my old Trip Reports for a definitive answer.
