I can't read the points chart

First of all there was a message that "it" couldn't find a colour file.  Well, that's never happened before.  Anyway, I downloaded the most recent version of Acrobat Reader (I was only up to no. 3) and still nothing happens.  And now I can't read any points charts at all, which is annoying cos I want to keep looking for the points for the ranch.

Has anyone else experienced this difficulty?  .

I've looked on this link beforeDVC Point Calculator (http://www.wdwinfo.com/resort/dvcpoint.shtml) and it works ok - not sure what you mean by the Ranch,  so I don't know if that is on there.

Thanks Bev, I forgot about that. #However, Beach Club Villa points are not there yet.

I'm afraid I didn't make my post very clear - I am trying to access the DVC member site and some parts of it are not accessible at the moment. #I have sent an e-mail to Member Services asking them if there is a problem. #I'll probably hear back in three days time by which time (hopefully) the site will be fully functional again. #I can't believe it's my computer cos I haven't done anything to it - like uninstalling programs etc.   We want to get our holiday sorted for this year and we really want to go to the ranch in Arizona again.  The daily points requirement up to end September has been posted on the DVC web site but for after that date it has still to be arranged.  I e-mailed Disney a couple of weeks ago and I got a reply saying that I should try again in a few weeks time.  At that rate, all the planes will be fully booked.  And I want something to look forward to!  The suspense is killing me. .
