Well it is now 2 weeks since I sent my fact to the Director at DLP re my complaint. 1 week after the 1st fax I sent another one, with a big URGENT on the top asking for a reply.
I rung them today and conversation went like this:
'We haven't got any faxes'.
'Yes you have I say, I have the fax report which says the were sent'.
A silence, go off to check again...............'we haven't got any' she says'.
'Well what are you doing with them?' I say.
'Can you send it again', she says.
'Can you go and get them and ring me to say they have arrived' I say.
So, I faxed them again and she did ring to say they had got them.
Who are they kidding, I should think they thought..... uh don't want to deal with that, let's chuck it in the bin!
I think if I can get my deposit back I will cancel, I am so annoyed with them. I might consider saving the 3 days leave and adding this on to my Christmas days and going somewhere else.
