Prebooking DLP or not

We are thinking of going to DLP sometime early October.Has anybody just turned up at the check in and purchased a 2 night 3 day stay or do you have to pre book ?

I would say prebook to get the best price. I think if you just turn up you will have to pay the rack rate.

Last time we went, our local travel agent got us a really good rate, far better than i found online.
