We stayed there for a week in March and thought it was brilliant. There were only 2 of us, so we rattled around the suite, but it was lovely to have the settee etc. The kitchen area was a little wasted on us, but would be great for a family. The bedrooms were a good size too and everything still in good order.
The breakfast was good, always about 4 hot items and fresh fruit, a couple of choices of pastries/doughnuts, toast, cereals, yogurts, and a make your own waffle stand! There were tables outside too if it is wasm enough.
The managers reception on 4 evenings saved us our main meal and was themed. So one day was mexican, another Asian, a kids day and so on. Free wine and beer too.
The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room well cleaned. The laundry was never in use when we wanted to use it. There is a gym and business centre with free internet access. There is also free internet in the rooms if you lake a laptop.
The pool was fairly small, but very nice with a hot tub.
Our room overlooked Universal, over the I4, which we could hear as a drone, but the interest it gave us outweighed the slight noise.
Position is good for Universal, you can walk in about 20 - 25 mins if you wish. You can walk to the top end of I Drive too and Wet and Wild is only a couple of minutes walk away. There is an IHOP at the end of the road.
Can't think of much in the way of negatives apart from no inroom safes, but you can use the ones at reception anyway. We will be going back.
