One of our party is confined to a wheelchair and was wondering if there are special tickets for the parks i.e are they cheaper for her. when she goes to a concert or anything like that her tickets a a good bit cheaper.

don't know about discoutns but a friend told me that they went with a relative in a wheel chair and they had to go in a seperate queue for some rides...probably due to the design of the queues but then you are reunited when the rest of the people that you are with get to the front of the queue

Disney don't offer any discounts on ticket prices as almost all of their rides are accessible. I believe Seaworld and or Universal might but I am not 100% sure. Someone will be along soon who knows for sure

Seaworld and Busch Gardens offer discounted tickets to a disabled person and carer, but only on tickets bought at the gate and you do need to ask, the discount isn't advertised.

Have you any idea how much the discount is at Seaworld and Busch Gardens? I'm going with friends in October and one of them is disabled and her hubby will be her carer, so trying to work out if it's cheaper to buy '5 park' passes for them (to do Seaworld, Busch, US and IoA), or it would be better to wait until we're there to get theirs.

No Discount but always go to Guest services and they will give you all the advice you will need and most rides let the Disabled person and family ride together without the Hassle of the queues....you will get Disabled Persons Park Maps .

At Seaworld it used to be that the disabled person and their carer were each half price (but half of a full priced one day ticket).

Seaworld offer 20-50%
Busch garden is 50%
Universal offer discounts, but all MUST be paid on the day at the gate to get the discount, and proof is also needed.

Discovery cove dont offer discounts for disabled.
It is always worth carrying some sort of proof of disability, as there are lots of attractions that do discounts but dont readily advertise it.
