UPDATE:

We have another villa!!!! and are getting a refund. the new villa is in a diff area, about 20 mins from WDW and is an "executive villa" whatever that means, so i can get excited again. thanks for all your kind words and the pms especially (GYPSIES and DISMUM) (sorry didnt get a chance to reply only just read them) but thanks for offering help
