Hello is anybody staying at the Comfort Inn L/B/V late June into July I keep hearing its much better to stay on the carpark side because of the main motorway over the other side of the lake. Is it really that noisy it looks a fair distance to be too much of a problem. Last year we stayed in Doubletree Club next to International House of Pancakes although we were next to the main road it didnt cause a problem.

You can hear the traffic noise from the I4 if you are on that side, but quite often, the sound of the air conditioning can drown it out!:)

Believe me it is close to I4. Some rooms are closer than others as the buildings are angled.
Last year we had a room facing the courtyard with the fountain which was at right angles to I4 and it wasn't bad at all. As previously said if you have the aircon on that is what you will hear.
I wouldn't have a ground floor room on the car park side as you will hear all the comings and goings, the rooms are only a pavement width from the closest parking spaces.
