:confused2 Is it better to buy things like sun cream, shower gel, shampoo and all of those fiddley little bits here or in Florida?
We're stopping to do a shop in between the airport and the villa.

We Definatley found things like toiletries cheaper out there and to save on packing space what we didnt use we left at the hotel. Leaving more room for that last pair of trainers you can just squeeze in........ ( ithink Dibbers know what i mean)

One year, the offer was "buy three pay for two" and "buy another pair at half price" :tounge: we ended up with four pairs of trainers EACH!!! that was sixteen pairs of trainers in our case.. of course we had "Nothing to Delcare" at customs;)

 LOL! I was already planning on buying trainers.
How much are you looking at over there for a nice pair of Adidas. And where is the best place to get them?

I always stock up on suncream at Walmart Banana Boat is so much cheaper as it's made in Florida. Everything in Walmart seems to come in "family size" so you get much more than you need for a holiday so some stuff I do bring back.

Make sure that you allow some time for Walmart on your last day. Because that's when you realise that you haven't got enough cases, and all those carrier bags in the car need to be put into something else to go through customs! Every year, without fail, we need to buy another bag....

We buy toiletries out there to bring back - the wife reckons that some of the hair care, etc, products are better than the UK versions of the same product. But that could be a female thing, perhaps?

Definately over there, we go straight to Walmart and get shampoo, conditioner, sponges, toothpaste, shower gel, sun cream and anything else my beady little eye spots, the only thing I take is my toothbrush and my Liz Earle facial wash

Definately over there. My preferance is to go to Walgreens :D I like the Charles Worthington shampoos and they cost the same in dollars as they do in pounds. The bottles are quite a bit bigger as well. Ounces rather than mls. A veritable bargain every time. Even better when they do offers like we get at home.
