Hi there

I have cobbled together an itinerary for Oct '06 - well, cobbled is an understatement as I have pored over this for far too long. Can anyone cast their eye over this and let me know if I have left anything out or if there are any glaring mistakes :confused2

Ok - here we go - 13th - 30th Oct '06

2 adults - DH and me - 39 yrs
1 DS 11

Fri 13th :omg: :omg: travel and arrival - no major plans - wing it

Sat 14th - no parks today rest (as we suffer badly from jetlag)
pm DTD (poss La Nouba which I can't book yet)

Sun 15th - Epcot (Teppanyaki evening ADR)

Mon 16th - Water Park - TL or BB depending if one is closed for the season

Tue 17th Busch Gardens

Wed 18th MK - planning to make ADR for character brekkie at Contemporary

Thur 19th - Animal Kingdom

Fri 20th - MGM - planning to make ADR for Fantasmic Dinner Package (Hol & Vine)

Sat 21st - rest (ahem shopping ;) )

Sun 22nd - Epcot re-visited to take advantage of Food & Wine Fest - eating my way around the showcase :tounge:

Mon 23rd - IOA - staying onsite at Hard Rock to take advantage of Universal Express as onsite guest

Tue 24th Universal Studios with Uni Express

Wed 25th - Water Park - poss Wet N Wild

Thur 26th SeaWorld

Fri 27th MK - re-visit

Sat 28th - rest and shopping

Sun 29th - re-visit Disney fave rides - hop around :D

Mon 30th DTD for check-in and goodbye

ALSO - would like to book the Hoop de Doo review at Fort Wilderness on one of the nights after a rest day or water park

ALSO - will re-visit IoA for Halloween Horror Night when the dates are published.

ALSO - are there any must do restaurants that you could recommend for 2 adults and one quite grown-up 11yr old boy??? Race Rock poss (have been before and loved it).

Is there anything I have failed to include???- phew I'm exhausted looking at my schedule :confused2

Thanks guys, any input good or bad would be most appreciated.

:wavey:

Looks ok to me, we are doing BG on the 17th as well - unless I alter my itinerary again ;) both BB & TL are open until the 29th, when TL closes, maybe you could squeeze both in ?

As for restaurants, how about Whispering Canyon ? - good for a laugh, & we are going to try prime time & sci fi dine in this time.

I was just away to say MNSSHP but REh beat me to it. Also what about Seaworld SPooktacular if not MNSSHP.

Thanks Guys :)

I had read all about Whispering Canyon and so will add this to the list - going to make ADR's tomorrow as cleaning tonight in prep for a visit from the out-laws t :confused2

I wanted to do MNSSHP but DH and DS (11 going on 30) said they didn't want to do it

They are all set to do HHN which will be their holiday highlight. They say MNSSHP would be just too twee and babysish (yeah right - for an 11yr old!!!). I am outnumbered, but will work on them a bit more ;)

Ali-s - thanks for the water park info - that is great as we have not done BB as it was closed for the season last time in Oct '03.

Haven't done Busch for 14 years and so will see you there!!

thanks all

Looks great Lisa! We are there until the 19th, but our paths don't seem to cross. I am insisting on MNSSHP on my birthday! ;) My lot are too easily scared for HHN I think. If you look on the Universal website for the park hours, you can guess which nights will be HHN as IOA closes an hour early.
I can recommend Sci-Fi and Whispering Canyon, both good fun and good food.
Your DS would probably enjoy some time at DisneyQuest.

dont know what you DS is into but if he likes computors or anything creative he will LOVE disney quest at DTD. Otherwise it looks good to me!
