portable dvd player

hi,we are going to buy a portable dvd player for the plane,can anyone tell me if you can charge them by using the cigarette adapter that comes with them.any advice?:thumbs-up

Never seen this type of outlet - so wouldn't hink it possible. I was just wondering why you'd use one on a plane with all the entrtainment there is for free???

No you can't, however the batteries that come with most decent portable DVD players will last up to 8 hours on a full charge.

We take our portable with us when we go (We bought it over there anyway) as it allows us to entertain Millie with all her favourite films and programs throughout the flights :thumb:

We have Charged it In Cig Lighter Adaptor here but not in USA

You could always buy a spare battery for it??
