Which building at All-Stars Movies?

More advice please

We're staying at the All Stars Movies at the end of August and we've been asked which building we'd like to stay in.
I understand that just because we request it, it doesn't mean we will get it but where do people suggest?
I like the idea of staying in the Toy Story block but it is the nearest to the shops and restaurants and reception so will it be very busy?
We don't want to be too far away as we don;t think we're getting a car but where have you lot stayed and what have you experienced??????

We have stayed at all star movies twice. First time we were in love bug which is quite but abit of a walk to the main area, pools and buses.
and we have stayed in Toy Story which is quite near to everywhere but I wouldn't say it's busy because how it is laid out only the people staying in toy story have to walk through it. The busiest area is Fantasia and then perhaps dalmations because you have to walk through there to get to mighty ducks and the mighty ducks pool.

I would definely go back to all star movies and think the food hall is better than caribbean beach.

hi,

We have stayed in the Toy Story block twice and find it great as its quite near the childrens playground, pool and food court but not too near as said above. We did not find it noisy either, we stayed at the back of the buildings though which view onto the car park rather than the front which view onto the court yard which may be a bit noisier.

We also stayed in the love bug block for one night and it is quite a walk to everything.

If you do get put in a block when you arrive which you dont want to stay in - just mention it on check in which block you want and they may be able to move you the next day like they did with us.

Hi

Read on here i think it was, that renovations are taking place at All Star MOvies and the Buzz building iso ne of them. Not the actual apartments but the Buzz etc itself.

Was on the weekly bites thread. Cant remember which forum, planning possibly ??

Check it out to see if the renovations are being done while you are there.
