I always get sick on rides but not on this one .I don't think it goes upside down but it goes backwards suddenly. I hope you don't mind me saying but i found the coulour of your script hard to read , could just be me and my rubbish eyes though :pgig:

no it does not go upside down, but is very fast and not the smoothest - it is great ride, don't want to put too much detail to spoil it for you
think you should change the text colour in your post - very hard to read

When you say your mom isn't a good rider what sort of rides does she do? I can do spash & thunder mountain but to be honest I didn't like the mummy. If she loves coasters but doesn't like going upside down then she will be fine maybe you should try it first for her. ;)

Hhmm this is difficult because I love Big thunder mountain and splash mountain so my kids thought I'd love the mummy....:confused2 wrong!! I hated it, maybe it was because it was dark and very fast, it also shoots backwards when you are not expecting it...I hated it

It can be very painful too! My chest was smacked into the restraint ouch!!
The Mummy is a very good ride, I think you need to ride it more than once to fully appreciate it as it is over fairly quickly. It has a combination of slow, fast, forward and backward sections and some dark bits.
Dont miss it!

I am a complete coward on rides, I don't do upside down and I dont do big drops. To out this is context I am cannot do splash mountain but am OK with space mountain.
I found this ride great, there were short drops, but no big drops, no going upside down, it is intense, but this is due to the twists and turns and the effects. It is a bit jerky, so if she is nervous it maybr best for her to sit on an inside seat.
