You can only buy Annual Passes direct from WDW. If you order from the Uk they will send out an exchange voucher which you trade for an activated pass when you arrive.

We have purchased AP's for the last 5/6 years or so. We buy the regular AP's as we have lot's of old tickets with the water parks etc still valid on them. You can exchange your voucher at DTD or any park. If you show them the voucher at the parking toll both they normally just wave you in. The tickets are also a little cheaper when you renew.
