Has anyone done the Busch Gardens Dining Safari? We were thinking about booking it but wondered if it was any good? What is included and how long does it take?

Thanks :mickey2:

We haven't done the dining safari, just the regular Serengeti Safari which was really good. It cost about $25 each and we got about an hour or so on a flat-bed truck. Saw and fed antelopes and giraffes, among other things. Got some real close-ups with the giraffes and took loads of pictures. It was great :)

According to the Brits Guide, the only difference with the dining safari is that lunch at the Crown Colony is also included. Never eaten there so not sure if it's worth it.

Well we did the original safari without the meal. Think it was 45 mins long and was really good. The hi light being feeding the giraffes and getting really upclose for photos. We also ate at the Crown colony restaurant, the food was so good, so if you can get it in a package i would go for it. It was a great few hours!

Had a thread on this last week. The conclusion I came to was that I will do the Safari and the dining seperately. It's not a booking for Crown Colony, just a voucher for two courses. That being the case I decided I'd rather decide what to eat on the day and how many courses we will have. It doesn't exactly seem to save much either from what I can find out.

The Safari time is for 13:00. I take it you have seen the link: http://commerce.4adventure.com/store/dept_reservations.asp?ShopperID=SB4C1D15EFCDA4D4B8 5E426A5FAF6D07&Token=LDLFJEIDEDIFDDJ&Hier=05&dept_id=205&cat=RC_D
