q about ultimate park passes

On both the 14 and 21 day passes, you get unlimited access to water parks/Disney Quest etc.
Do you have to activate your ticket first at one of the 4 theme parks before you are permitted to use it for the other admissions?
In other words, can I go to the water parks BEFORE I go to say MK?
Oh and another question, Am I right in thinking that these ultimate passes means 14/21 days to do both theme parks and the other attractions consectutively?

As far as i am aware, it lasts for 21 days after activation, so you should activate it as soon as you get there. I think the water parks are all included as many visits as you want.

We are getting the 21 day one for our trip next year.:grin:
