Well, after much umming and aahing, I have finally (I think) finalised our itinerary, although I have had to promise DH I won't be too much of a 'Monica' about it (so that's the individual laminated plans for each day out then ;) )

Would welcome any comments please :)

Tues 10th Oct - Arrival day, dinner at Denny's (1st night tradition)

Wed 11th Oct - Sea World (1st day tradition)

Thur 12th Oct - Animal Kingdom

Fri 13th Oct - Typhoon Lagoon

Sat 14th Oct - Epcot Future World, Sea World Spooktacular

Sun 15th Oct - MGM Studios (ADR @ Sci Fi 5.30), Fantasmic

Mon 16th Oct - Islands of Adventure

Tues 17th Oct - Blizzard Beach, MNSSHP (ADR @ Plaza 4.50)

Wed 18th Oct - Epcot World Showcase (ADR @ Rose & Crown 7.30), Illuminations

Thur 19th Oct - Universal Studios or Busch Gardens

Fri 20th Oct - Busch Gardens or Universal Studios (whichever we don't do on Thurs)

Sat 21st Oct - Rest day, shopping

Sun 22nd Oct - DD1s choice of park, Downtown Disney (DIS Meet @ Raglan Road 6.30)

Mon 23rd Oct - DD2s choice of park

Tues 24th Oct - Downtown Disney, travelling home :(

So, what do you think - have I forgotten anything?

Certainly a busy itinerary, and only 1 rest day.

Looks great! Nice and busy, just how I like it, and only 2 days when we will be in the same park on the same day, I wonder if you'll spot us! Sadly we are home before the Dis meet

Good point Bob but, with this being our 3rd trip, we've learnt not to overdo it. If we feel like it's getting too much, we will take a break somewhere and add whatever park it is to the end (will just need to persuade the girls that that's the park they want to choose ;) )

For most days, we don't intend to spend a full day there - probably a few hours in the morning, leave when it gets busy and come back later :)

Lynn, if you are at the Plaza at the same time as us on 17th, we're bound to see each other :) What other park are we at together then?

It always amazes me, considering there are 'strategies' for planning an itinerary that so many people can come up with different plans

That's the way we like to do the parks as well, and it gives you the afternoon to do something else.

Looks really good, and we tend to count water parks as rest times, as they are relaxing as well as good fun. I love that you have factored in the flexibility to allow the girls the choice of parks.

We have done similar, we have the restaurants we want then it is very much day1 DD's choice, day2 DH's choice, day3 MY choice and this works really well.

I know, I know but DH is insistent I can't do it ;) - he didn't like the idea of a clothing plan either :pgig:

I had this idea of three cases for the three hotels we are staying at. Just open one case and unpack it for each hotel. Lynn called me a naughty name when I suggested it:blush:

Looks good :) we are at IOA on the 16th & US on the 20th, I'll wear my dibb pin ( when I get one ! ) so look out for us.

Ollie, I AM doing the suitcase thing - one for Homewood suites & one for POFQ, might even stretch to a holdall for RPH :D go on, you know it makes sense :D

I like the look of your plans Joh. Looking at the days on which you visit the parks, they are carefully planned according to the busy/light day schedule. It seems excellent to me.

No, Brett, very observant :) We are going to Magic Kingdom for MNSSHP and were originally going to go on the 17th during the day as well but DD2 has reliably informed me that this will be the park she chooses on 'her' day so I didn't bother putting it in anywhere else.

Hi Margaret  Long time no 'speak' ;)

DD1 and I spent a long time going through the busy/light days and EMH schedule and tried to plan accordingly so I hope we have managed to avoid the crowds somewhat.

How are things going for your trip?
