Do I have to declare any Clinique that I buy while I'm away. I'm buying it for myself so will it still be included in the £145 allowance. Or should I just pack it away in the case. I'm planning on buying a few things that work out a lot better value than over here.

Just pack it in the case and forget about it.

Well I have to be honest - I brought alot of Clinique last time - never occurred to me to declare it  That together with all the freebies they gave me - I could have started a shop :d: Infact I had even forgotton about the restrictions!! & I bet over 50% do the same.
I am not encouraging you to not declare . I wonder what other Dibbers have done?

Technically, anything you buy whether it be gifts, or for yourself should be within the £145 limit!!!!;)
If you like cosmetics/skincare/haircare etc, AVEDA is a really good buy in the US. Theres a shop in the Florida Mall.

I buy loads of clinique, and as been said before, remove all packaging. I also never take any with me, so some will be open anyway.
No never declare any.

I use the 3 step skin care stuff and I can pay about £50.00 for all 3 items, but when me and my friend added the prices up on the american clinique site it came to about £35.00 excluding tax. So I would say some things are considerably cheaper.
I think I will be what I need throw away the packaging and just put in the suitcase.
dont declare it......make up is so small i dont think it should count!!

Hi Jansdslmum,
The other stores are dillards and JC Penny, they each have different promotions on at the same time, so i see which is the best, they used to give tons of freebies, but not so many now, the last couple of times ive had to ask, and then i got some,;)
